1. Who we are

This notice covers Inez360, operated by Inez Industries, the provider of the Inez360 online marketing software platform. Inez Industries is the data controller for personal data collected through inez360.com. You can reach us through the contact options on the site.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — your name, email address, password (stored only as an encrypted credential) and, where you provide one, referral or invite code information.
  • Business and marketing data — information you give us so we can tailor the service, such as your brand kit details, consultation answers, target platforms and story briefs.
  • Content you create — social posts, images, videos, websites, outreach drafts and media contact lists you save in the service.
  • Support and requests — messages you send through forms, such as consultation, media coverage and magazine inquiry requests.
  • Usage data — records of how you use the service, monthly allowance counts, device and browser identifiers, and IP address, used to run and secure the service.
  • Payment data — payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which collects what it needs to process the transaction. We do not receive your full card details.

3. Why we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and provide the service you signed up for (performance of our contract with you).
  • To count monthly package allowances, record approvals and process orders (performance of our contract with you).
  • To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and enforce our terms (our legitimate interests).
  • To answer support and service requests (performance of our contract with you).
  • To improve the service and understand how features are used (our legitimate interests).
  • To send service updates and, only with your consent, marketing messages (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To keep business records where the law requires it (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Service providers that host the platform, provide analytics, email delivery and support tooling, under contract to process data only for us.
  • Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Social media platforms — only where you choose to connect an account or ask us to publish a post for you.
  • Professional advisers such as legal or accounting firms, when needed.
  • Authorities, where the law requires or permits it.

5. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after it closes; when it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, obtain a portable copy, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise a right, contact us through the options on inez360.com; we respond within one month.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption of data in transit, access controls and least-privilege access to stored records.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and make the service work. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings; blocking it will sign you out.

9. Changes

We may update this notice as the service changes; the current version is always posted on this page. See also our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
