1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Inez Industries, doing business as Inez360 ("we", "us", "our"), which provides Inez360, an online software platform with AI tools for marketing and public relations. By creating an account or using the Inez360 service at inez360.com, you are contracting with Inez Industries on these terms.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, purchasing a service, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, or that you have authority to bind the organization you represent.

3. The service

Inez360 is a marketing, communications and public relations platform for small businesses. It includes social media planning, AI-assisted image and short-video creation, website and mobile web app building, marketing materials, PR guidance, a monthly membership after a 7-day free trial, and separately priced one-time services such as pitch writing, press kits and media lists. Monthly memberships include package allowances that are counted each calendar month.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, including unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others;
• create or distribute fraudulent, spam, hateful, deceptive, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes or impersonation of real people;
• attempt to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or designed to bypass safety measures, including attempts to jailbreak or circumvent the AI tools;
• infringe intellectual property rights, including using the service to reproduce copyrighted material you do not have rights to;
• interfere with the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping, or attempting to access other users' accounts or data;
• resell, redistribute or provide access to the service to third parties outside your organization without our written permission.

5. AI outputs, accuracy and your content

The service uses artificial intelligence to draft text, images, videos and website code. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, for verifying the accuracy of anything you publish, and for confirming that you have the rights to any content you upload or ask the service to use. Outputs are not professional legal, financial or medical advice and should not be relied on as such.

You keep the rights to the content you input. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use the content the service generates for you in your business. You may not reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract its underlying models or code.

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us through the options on inez360.com. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement.

6. Payment, subscriptions and refunds

Memberships are billed monthly after a 7-day free trial, and one-time services are billed at the price shown at checkout. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our online reseller and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Monthly package allowances reset each calendar month and unused allowances do not carry over. Deleting records does not restore allowance usage.

7. Accounts and credentials

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

8. Service level

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service may change, and features may be added, moved or retired over time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation is handled by our payment provider as described above. When access ends, you may export your stored content for a reasonable window, after which we may delete it.

10. Intellectual property

Inez Industries owns the service, including its software, design, branding and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including for fraud, death or personal injury.

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page. You may not transfer your account or these terms to another party without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. If a court finds a term unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Inez Industries is based. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
